Thank You!

Thanks so much for buying Papa Tofu Loves Ethiopian Food and for helping me spread the word about the new zine on Twitter, Facebook and everywhere else. One of my favorite things about making zines is sending them off far away to new homes all over the world, and especially to Michigan and Massachusetts, because Papa Tofu seems to have a lot of fans there.

I'm collecting pictures of Papa Tofu in his new home, so if you get a zine, please take a pic and send it to me, or join the Flickr Group and add them there.

Cricket's a big fan of lentils. Here she's contemplating whether to try Ye'miser Allecha, or something a little spicier like Ye'miser W'et.
Adam likes to cook straight outta the shower.

    yes the entire booklet is vegan and gluten-free and there is an injera recipe. if you click the tab for "ethiopian recipes" on the blog, you'll also see links to other gluten-free injera recipes i've found on the web.
