|Twenty-eight centimeter rice paper wraps are fully stocked and awaiting orders.|
I ran outta my 28 cm rice paper wraps two weeks ago, and have been suffering with salad wrapper blues ever since. I tried three stores, but couldn't remember where I'd picked them up until a cute little Vietnamese shop on Killingsworth sponsored our reunion this afternoon.
Whilst hauling the dog and my purchases into the house, I began dreaming of pho for supper. However, those plans went super-fast down the ol' bean-hole once I remembered what sort of lefties were waiting for me in the fridge.
All rolled together and dipped into a homemade tamarind chutney:
❤ chana masala from 660 Curries.Besides ringing in the new year with a smorgasborg of Indian vittles, I've also been busy finishing up the Levenwick sweater mentioned in my last post. One more sleeve to go, plus buttons and sewing in loose ends and it's all done!
❤ salad tossed in my newest favorite Creamy Tomato Dressing from Vegan Diner
❤ homemade coconut chutney
