POTM: Beet and Onion

Rainy morning sunshine.
I busted out some pudla moves this morning, since I didn't want a cold smoothie for breakfast.  The beet in these made them such a pretty orange!

Go to this post for more specific instructions on making these high protein, low fat, quick-quick meals.

Today's contained:  chickpea flour, baking soda, turmeric, water , lime juice, salt, pepper, grated beets, grated red onion and green peas.

South Indian Lemon Pickle straight out of Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian.
So yummy!
