Maybe for today, just lunch. But next time, these would be really rad with some homemade baked beans rolled up all in there--and more lettuce. If you can't tell I'm bare bones-ing it around here. Grocery making is around the corner.

Just today I had a butternut squash pizza topped with sauerkraut! We're breaking all of the food rules today, but your mix of tofu pups, sauerkraut, and spaghetti squash in rice paper is taking fusion to new levels!

DeleteYour leftover meals are both crazier and more awesome than mine! I should soak some rice paper and wrap up the leftover "country ham" tofu with some blackeyed peas.
