One More Sugar Skull.

OK, a few more...
I may have glitter in my underpants.
Martha Stewart glitter sure comes in pretty colors, but that shit sure does get everywhere.  I have a no glitter allowed craft night rule for a reason, yo.

Candied Cranium.
I made royal icing from a blend of water, powdered egg replacer and powdered beet sugar.  This stuff would make great gingerbread house cement, too. It's super sturdy and dries fast.

  1. So festive! I love seeing them all lined up like that. Glitter can be a hassle, but it sure is pretty!

  3. how the insert expletive did I miss all your sugar skulls this week? Was Martha Stewart allowed to make these in prison? or too much sparkle for a cell.

  5. I love how they look! I am way more into the Dia de los Muertos aesthetic than I am into the Halloween aesthetic. Skeletons, bright colors, glitter, and hats with flowers???? Yes, please. Just yesterday, I was contemplating what I should do for my special DdlM goodies this year. Also, I must remember this tip for vegan royal icing for my next gingerbread house party. thanks!

  8. Skulliiscious! You are a skilled skuller. I will never get my skull molds in time! Need to get to a tienda fast to see if they sell them. And also need to get to Whole Foods to get my Ener-G. Haven't bought a box in about 6 years!
