Really good ones, too! I was raised on bagels and to me, the best way to eat them is toasted and spread with cream cheese, then topped with a scant bit of red onion and super fresh tomatoes (these were from our garden) and sprinkled with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Super heavenly to the max, if you ask me.
