Pulped.

I know  you've been worried that I got sucked into my juicer and extracted, but everything really did end up OK.  I extended the juicing to a fourth day, and broke my fast today at the FarMar with the sweetest Rainier cherries, blueberries, raspberries and blueberries you ever did see.

The plan is to eat lots and lots of whole foods and produce this week.  Plus my beloved chia milk, which I use to douse up micoplaned frozen bananas and cereal.  So much better than using raw oats, which almost had my death last week.

The dog food colored crackers up there are decent, but not insane.  They're made from leftover juice pulp, plus an onion, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, tamari and flaxseed.

  1. Crackers from leftover pulp? That IS insane! Wow what a great idea. They look delicious though. Can we add a little tiny thin layer of organic chocolate to those crackers please ;)

  2. Everything looks lovely! What's up with that porny-looking carrot in the last photo? It made a giggle a little bit!

  3. I use a juiceman too and it works great. All of your juice looks wonderful and that cashew drink sounds especially nice.
