The plan is to eat lots and lots of whole foods and produce this week. Plus my beloved chia milk, which I use to douse up micoplaned frozen bananas and cereal. So much better than using raw oats, which almost had my death last week.
The dog food colored crackers up there are decent, but not insane. They're made from leftover juice pulp, plus an onion, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, tamari and flaxseed.
