Hello! I'm so proud to announce my newest cooklet, Papa Tofu Loves Ethiopian Food, is complete! Please start knitting booties, because this is the closest I'm gonna come to having a biological baby.

This 86 page recipe zine has the power to transform you into an Ethiopian cooking maven, and if you already have mad Ethiopian skills and know-how, you'll find recipes to make magical dishes you've never seen or tasted before.

The recipes are 100% vegan and gluten-free, and all but a few can easily be soy-free as well. Chapters include: Ethiopian Info, Essentials, Appetizers, Salads, Sides, Allecha Recipes (mild stews), W'et Recipes (spicy stews), Mixin' it Up!, Leftovers and General Info.
