Since I really, really didn't feel like cooking tonight, and since I'm also sick of the leftovers in the fridge and had a big lunch, I whipped up one of my easy go-tos. It's got gross-you-out potential, the same way my Mom's tuna and canned mushroom soup mess would curl my stomach and give me the gags.
What'd I make? Good job, Bub, you guessed correctly--Monster Mash. Two points!
Feeds one tired soul.
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- a nice squirt of agave
- a generous sprinkle of ground flax meal
- 1 tablespoon of carob powder
- 1 fat teaspoon peanut butter
- add ins of your liking, tonight I mixed in some og peanut butter cereal
