Happy Birthday, Papa Tofu!
Last year I put together Papa Tofu, a 75 page vegan cookzine chock full o' recipes, craft projects and advice. It's even got a full section of recipes for Ethiopian dishes including Injera you can make at home.
To celebrate PT making a year, I want to give away a copy of The Papa, to two of you fine readers. OK, it's not just to celebrate, it's also to prod some of you to de-lurk, and also because I don't want to eat cake this month, so this feels like a kind of party. Since I'll send the zines anywhere, don't be shy about posting. To be eligible for this glamorous give-away, simply post a -comment to this entry, and please tell me why you want a copy. If you really are DSM style shy, you don't have to write anything about yourself, instead tell me something about your mom or your fish. Come Monday, I'll randomly pick two of you lucky-lucky people.
If you're so tragically shy, you're unable to even post a public comment on the electronic information highway without breaking out into salty sweats, you can order the zine online. It's available for sale from both Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe in Atlanta, Georgia and Herbivore Clothing Company in Portland, Oregon.
Now, come into the light.
